REFUND POLICY

RETURNS 

All product returns need to be made within 48 hours of receiving your items.  We suggest that you inspect all of your items thoroughly as soon as they have arrived to confirm if any damage or errors have occurred. 

REFUNDS

All returns processed through the website can take upto 10 business days to clear back into your account as per Shopify guidelines.  Although it is unlikely that it will take this long, usually payments should clear within 2-3 business days. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Marvalashes does not take any responsibility for damaged items whilst in transit with Australia Post.  We can guarantee that all items are packed and shipped from our studio undamaged and in perfect condition.  Any items that have been damaged in transit by Australia post will need to be taken up directly with them. We are here to assist you in whatever way we can to ensure they compensate you for your products, however we are unable to guarantee the outcome of their decision. 

CHANGE OF MIND

Marvalashes do not offer refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind about your purchase. Please choose carefully and ensure you are 100% confident with your order when checking out.

INCORRECT PRODUCTS RECEIVED

If you receive your parcel and there is a discrepancy with your order, we will resend the correct items to you with a return prepaid satchel inside. You must pack the incorrect products and return this back to us. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE

Marvalashes do not offer refunds due to unhappy purchases.  Marvalashes make every effort to ensure that we are providing the best quality products to all of our clients and as much as we would love to make everybody happy with our products, reality is we all like different things. If you are unhappy with the products supplied to you, it will be sad to loose you, however we do not refund for these kinds of purchases. If you are unsure about a product and have a question, ask away!  We will be more than happy to help you.  Otherwise we suggest purchasing a small amount of stock initially, so you can see just how amazing our products are!
