SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is a flat rate of $13.50 (express postage) or $10.50 (standard postage) for any size order, anywhere in Australia, unless you select the option to pick up from our Munruben collection address.

All orders are sent within 24hrs of us receiving a processed payment (This excludes Saturdays and Sundays).  If there are expected delays in processing orders due to  public holidays etc, you will be notified at checkout or via the notification bar at the top of the website prior to making your purchase.

If you are using Paypal as your checkout option, please ensure your Paypal delivery address has been updated  as this will be the address your parcel will be shipped to.

DELIVERY DELAYS & MISSING PARCELS:

Marvalashes does not take any responsibility for delivery times once the item has been handed over to Australia Post. At this stage the responsibility lies soely with Australia Post. However we will be more than happy to help try and assist you in your dealings with Australia Post to try and recover your item. Australia post parcels cover upto $100 in compensation should they be able to prove the parcel was not delivered to the correct address. Should you wish to purchase additional coverage for your item Australia post charges $2.50 for each additional $100 insurance required. If you wish to purchase additional coverage to your parcel please message us with your order so we can purchase this on your behalf once funds have been received. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Marvalashes can guarentee that we will meet our timeframe as stated on our website for dispatching your items. If for any reason we are unable to meet our requirements processing your order, you will either be compensated for the delay or be offered a refund.
